If you have a problem with an online order placed through LAtourist, please try to retreive the order using the Order Lookup link. If you still need help, then contact customer service for the ticketing agency (see below).

Didn't receive an order confirmation (including downloadable attraction tickets)?

If you have the AON number that appeared during the order, use the Order Lookup Page:
http://LAtourist.com/OrderLookup
You can use the AON number along with other information to retreive order details, including a link to download tickets.
If you do not have the AON number, or still need help, then contact customer service for the ticketing agency (see below).

Need to make or confirm reservations?

If you have purchased a guided Tour that requires reservations, please check the email you received when you placed your order. If there are not explicit instructions, then contact customer service for the ticketing agency (see below).
